Chris Donnelly has been in the construction industry for over 16 years, primarily specializing in delivering healthcare projects. He has played a leading role in the delivery of some of the most complex buildings in the Philadelphia region, including proton therapy centers, clean rooms, inpatient care centers, ambulatory care centers, and higher education facilities, among others. His skills in budgeting, cost management, contract administration, schedule management, and logistics span all phases of the development and construction process. David’s career spans general contracting and construction management roles where he developed deep expertise in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost tracking and change management.
